1. Nature of Services

Linking Ladder Platform LLP offers:

All services are designed for educational and professional development purposes only.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
  
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and professional information
  
• Agree to comply with these Terms
  
• Complete identity verification via government-issued ID if requested
  

False, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account termination and legal action.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments for services are to be made via PhonePe, a third-party payment gateway.
  
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
  
• Linking Ladder does not store your card or banking information.
  
• Payment gateway terms and privacy policies apply separately.
  
• Linking Ladder is not liable for any technical issues, transaction failures, or data breaches occurring on third-party payment gateways.
  

4. Confidentiality Clause: Mentor & Mentee Conduct

Both mentors and mentees must strictly:

• Avoid sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, personal email, addresses, social media handles).
  
• Keep all interactions limited to official Linking Ladder communication channels.
  
• Not engage in financial transactions or offer paid services between mentors and mentees outside the Platform.
  

Penalty for Breach:

• Immediate suspension and/or permanent account termination.
  
• A monetary penalty of INR 50,000 or equivalent for each breach.
  
• Legal action will be initiated for any loss, harm, or reputational damage caused.
  
• Users agree to bear all legal costs incurred by Linking Ladder in the recovery of penalties.
  

5. User Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use services for lawful, ethical, and professional purposes only.
  
• Avoid abusive, defamatory, or unethical behavior.
  
• Respect privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of all participants.
  
• Follow the Mentor Code of Conduct and Mentee Engagement Guidelines.
  
• Indemnify and hold harmless Linking Ladder against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their misuse of the platform.
  

Violations may lead to immediate suspension, termination of access, penalties, and legal consequences.

6. Mentor Code of Conduct

Mentors are expected to:

• Provide unbiased, professional, and ethical guidance.
  
• Avoid conflicts of interest and personal solicitations.
  
• Not engage in financial transactions with mentees outside the Platform.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of discussions.
  
• Adhere to feedback and session quality monitoring.
  

Sessions may be monitored or audited periodically for quality assurance. Users consent to this by using the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, course material, and trademarks, belongs to Linking Ladder Platform LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

• Specific career outcomes, job offers, or promotions.
  
• That services will meet every individual expectation.
  

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for services in the previous three months, regardless of the nature of the claim.

In case of data breaches despite standard security practices, our liability is capped at INR 1000 INR per affected user.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds:

• Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered or sessions are booked.
  
• Refunds may be issued only if the service was not delivered due to our fault, subject to internal verification.
  
• Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
  

Cancellations:

• Requests must be made in writing to info@linkingladder.com within 24 hours of booking.
  
• Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7-10 working days.
  

Dissatisfaction:

• Users can report unsatisfactory sessions within 48 hours of completion, providing evidence (screenshots and summaries).
  
• Upon review of recorder audio/video internally, we may offer a reschedule, replacement mentor, or partial refund.
  

Non-Compliance:

• No refunds will be given to users violating confidentiality, the code of conduct, or non-circumvention rules.
  

Payment Gateway Fees:

• Any refund issued will exclude payment gateway charges and applicable taxes.
  

Refund Process:

• All refund claims will be reviewed within 7-15 days of submission. Final decisions with rationale will be communicated.
  
• Users can escalate unresolved disputes to our Grievance Officer at info@linkingladder.com.
  

Service Delivery Timeline:

• All booked services will be delivered within 30 days of booking unless rescheduled by mutual consent. Failure to deliver will entitle the user to a full refund or complimentary session.
  

10. Data Privacy & Security

Data Collection:

Usage:

Retention:

In case of a data breach, the company’s liability is limited to INR 1000 per affected user.

Cross-Border Data Transfer:

Where data is transferred or stored outside India, we ensure such regions provide adequate data protection as per Indian legal standards.

11. Non-Circumvention Clause

Users agree not to circumvent, compete, or establish parallel engagements using contacts, knowledge, or relationships formed through Linking Ladder for 12 months post last engagement.

Violations will attract penalties, account suspension, and potential legal proceedings.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Linking Ladder Platform LLP, its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from their breach of these Terms, misconduct, or unlawful activities.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified via email or platform notifications within 7 days of changes.

14. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to:

• Online mediation as the first step.
  
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and proceedings conducted in English.
  
• Failing arbitration, the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
